Panorama Point

Nice long right hander, easier than Anchor Point but watch out for heavy currents.

Where To Eat In Taghazout

Le Spot

Le Spot is one of the most popular eateries in Taghazout, with decent Tajin and a wide selection of pizzas and local food recipes. Tripadvisor

Good burgers starting at 35 dirham, including fries. Great veggie burgers available too.  French fries are tasty and fried with fresh oil. Tripadvisor

Hassan’s Eatery

Hassan i a local man who has a popular eatery on the corner shop next to the mosque. The fish tajin is particularly good and costs only 25 dirham. Lentils are good too, and 10 dirham harira soups are served daily in the evening.

Sunside Surf Hostel

Sunside Surf Hostel is a very social surf hostel in Taghazout just a few minutes away from the center. It boasts two terraces perfect for chilling and socialising. Nice breakfast served.

What To Do Near Taghazout

Paradise Valley

Visit the Paradise Valley and the Hot Springs, not too far from Tagazhout. Dive in the gorges, or hike for great views. Most hostels will arrange the tours for about 30EUR. You can rent a scooter and go there yourself. It takes about an hour and half from Taghazout. From the parking area there is a 20 min walk.

Small Desert

About an hour away from Taghazout, the small desert makes up for a fantastic day trip experience. Try sandboarding, eat a nice barbecue, and enjoy a camp fire. Hostels usually arrange it for about 25EUR.

How To Get To Taghazout

From Marrakesh

By Bus: Supratours and other companies have hourly buses to Agadir’s main bus station for 110 dirhams per journey. The trip takes 3-3:30h. Once in Agadir, follow directions as per the next section.

From Agadir

By Bus: From Agadir to Taghazout by bus is fairly simple. The lines 32 & 33 run every half an hour from the center of Agadir and will drop you off at the roundabout at the top of Taghazout. The cost is 6-7 dirham.

By Taxi: A private taxi will cost you about 120-150 dirhams. There are also shared grande taxis for about 10-15 dirham.
